The Community Health Pharmacy (CHP) is a mail-order retail pharmacy operating specifically for patients of The Health Center. Because we are an FQHC, we are able to offer this pharmacy service, called a 340B pharmacy, with very competitive prices, equal to and often lower than other pharmacies.

An Automated Dispensing Unit (ADU) is located at The Health Center. We can provide short term or starter packages of many prescription medications on site, saving you time and travel expense. Other prescriptions are mailed to you at no extra charge and generally arrive within a day or two. A simple registration form is all that is needed to sign up with CHP.
